Compounding intelligence
needs governance.
A system that learns is only useful if you can trust what it has learned. The OnBrand365 methodology separates evidence from inference, and inference from approved truth.

approved update.
Every change to what the system treats as true passes through the same seven steps. Nothing skips ahead, and nothing enters approved truth without review.
Source
Where the information came from, recorded with the claim.
Evidence
What actually supports it, kept alongside the source.
Observation
A neutral statement of what was seen.
Inference
A reasoned reading of what the observation suggests.
Learning candidate
A proposed change to operating truth, not yet applied.
Review
A person accepts, edits or rejects the candidate.
Approved update
Only approved changes enter OnBrand Truth.
Evidence retained across every stage
02 / Work feeds learning
Outcomes return
through the same gate.
Work does not sit outside the method. What it produces becomes performance evidence, and that evidence travels the same governed path as anything else.

Separate what is approved from what is observed
An observation is not a decision. Keeping them in different places is what makes it possible to trust either one.
Keep the evidence attached to the claim
A statement without its source cannot be reviewed later, and unreviewable statements quietly become facts.
Make conflict visible
When two sources disagree, the system should surface the disagreement rather than average it into something nobody said.
Put a person at the approval step
Marketing truth is an organizational decision. The system proposes, the organization decides.
Why learning is governed
Measured outcomes move through source, evidence, observation, inference, learning candidate and review before they change approved truth. That is what makes organizational intelligence compound instead of drift.
The system gets better because
your organization learns.
Work produces outcomes. Outcomes produce observations. Observations become candidates a person reviews. Only approved learning changes what the system treats as true.

Not this
No silent rewriting of what your organization believes. Inference stays a proposal until someone accepts it.
